Here is a list of conventions I am using in order to keep my files and animation straight.  Because I have many cameras that are used at different portions of the animation, I have decided to break them into 3 digit numbers (i.e. 000 would be the first).  The next time the camera is used I name it '010', instead of '001'.  This way if a shot is placed in between the two shots, I can name it '005' and know that my numbers will still appear in numerical order on my computer.  If another shot must be places between any of those I can name it '002' or '003'.  This gives me the freedom to add many shots in between my original layout without messing up any order on my part.  Below is my shot list as it stands right now, with a short description of what occurs in the shot.  This list will be updated frequently and new shots added.  This list will help me to composite my shots later in Adobe Premiere.

Naming conventions:

FileSet <camera>_<shot#>__<version>
            Ex:  SetA_000_02

Frame:  Set<camera>_<shot#>_<S, P, C>_<frame#>
             <S = Set, P = Puck, C = Child>
             Ex:  SetA_010_S_0312
