Performance Specifications:

Pages must be viewable with a dialup connection using Netscape or Internet Explorer 4 with 800x600 screen resolution.

In an effort to accomplish this level of usability:

Your name on every page.
Title on every page and in Page Properties.
"Appropriate" navigation on every page.

No frames.
No hover or rollover buttons.
No Flash, Shockwave or Java.
No large files on main pages. (Large files must be identified with size.)
No files requiring component downloads on main pages. (Free component download locations must be identified.)
No links to raw JPGs. Each picture must be on an HTM page.
