10-01-04 FORMATTING CHECK: The submission of an unbound, 1-sided, plain paper copy for a formatting check is requested and will be accepted through the noted deadline date. (This draft may be an incomplete document but should include a chapter, examples of tables, figures, references, and the table of contents.) Please use the 1998 Graduate School Thesis Manual as your reference.

[$55.00 (basic binding fee(3 copies))]+[$17.00 x n (personal copies)]

If your document requires pockets ($5.00/copy), 11" x 17" document (extra $10.00/copy), or mailing ($5.00/copy domestic & $8.00/copy international), you will have extra fees.

11-08-04 OFFICIAL REVIEW: Submit one unbound, 1-sided, plain paper copy of your committee-approved thesis with the original signed title page and the yellow Binding Instructions form on or before noted deadline date. Doctoral students should also submit the following required forms: NSF Survey form, microfilm agreement form (in ProQuest booklet), and Graduate School Job Survey form at this time. These forms are included in the title page envelope. Your draft will be reviewed, and a revisions list will be enclosed with your document.

12-10-04 FINAL COPIES: After you have made the requested revisions, you should bring the following final unbound copies in boxes to Becky on or before the noted deadline date. If you personally bring in the final copies, you will need to call by one week BEFORE the noted deadline date to set up an appointment. If you mail them, please call Becky to check to see if everything is then complete. All copies must be supplied by the student. You are required to give your committee chairperson a copy.

The 3 official copies are distributed to the following places: Copies 1 (cotton copy), and 2--TTU Library; and Copy 3--your major department. The bound copies are picked up at the Circulation Desk of TTU Library or mailed to the student, if mailing fees were paid, approximately 6-8 weeks after the graduation date.

12-15-04 FINAL COPIES after revision: Last day for return of the final copies (3) and personal copies of theses and dissertations, after any required Graduate School corrections.
